Round 3 of the 2023 Motorsport Australia NSW Supersprint Championship is to be held on Sunday 18th June at the Pheasant Wood Circuit, 8 Prairie Oak Road Marulan NSW 2579.

Entries will be accepted in order of receipt. Entries will close on Sunday 4th June 2023.

1. Event Entry is online via the Motorsport Australia member portal and online form SSP 09 Risk Warning, Disclaimer, Indemnity & Statement of Vehicle Compliance must be completed and submitted as well. Your entry will not be accepted until both forms have been submitted.

2. There will be no vehicle safety checks prior to competition commencing, however random audits on cars without a Motorsport Australia Log Book will be conducted throughout the day. Please download a copy of the Scrutineering Reference Sheet to assist you conducting a safety check prior to the event.

3. RMS Vehicle Registration Papers** or Log Books will be checked at Scrutineering which will be held in the Cafeteria building. A Scrutineering Label is required prior to competing and will be issued once the scrutineering checks have been made. Helmet checks will be made at Scrutineering, apparel checks will be made at the time of audit.

** Vehicles without Log Books
So that we can check the name of the registered owner before the event and speed up the scrutineering process, please email a copy of your vehicle’s Registration Papers as below. This can’t be done via the RMS or Service NSW App, it needs to be done via the Service NSW website, simply:
a) Click here and login to your Service NSW Account.
b) Click on the “Vehicle registration” service link.
c) Scroll down and click on the “Certificate of Registration” link and save the .pdf document.
d) Email the document to the Series Scrutineer clubsportdude@gmail.com
Receipt of your document will be confirmed and you will then not need to present your vehicle’s registration papers at Scrutineering.

4. If the Log Book or Vehicle Registration papers are NOT in the Drivers name, an Automobile Legal Owners Declaration
must be completed by the legal owner and presented at scrutineering. Drivers of double entered vehicles who are sharing the vehicle with the legal owner, are exempt from this requirement.

5. Competitors must download and read the Drivers Briefing Information Sheet.

6. If the Driver is under 18 years of age, an SSP 09PG Parent/Guardian Consent must be completed and submitted online.

7. Please read the Supplementary Regulations. They contain all the requirements for the day:
SSP 10 – Part 1 Supplementary Regulations (Information common to all Rounds of the Championship)
SSP 11 – Part 2 Supplementary Regulations (Information specific to this Round of the Championship)
