Incorporating Round 6 Motorsport Australia NSW Super Sprint Championship

The Motorsport Australia National Super Sprint Championship which includes Round 6 of the 2022 NSW Super Sprint Championship is to be held on Sunday 16th October on the Gardner (GP) circuit of Sydney Motorsport Park.
Eligibility: Drivers in the National Super Sprint Championship must have competed in at least 3 Motorsport Australia permitted speed events in the previous 12 months. The NSW Supersprint Panel will consider requests for a dispensation based on evidence provided by the Driver of their participation in speed events over time. This requirement is to prevent drivers from other disciplines taking trophies from genuine super sprint competitors.

If you have never entered an event with the ARDC before, you will need to REGISTER A PROFILE before you will be able to enter the event. This can be done through the COMPETITORS PORTAL. Please ensure that you tick BOTH COMPETITOR & DRIVER, otherwise you will not be able to enter the event. (This is an FIA Requirement).

Entries will be accepted in order of receipt, Entries open 22nd September 2022.
Entries will close on Friday 7th October 2022.
A BBQ dinner will be provided at a cost of $20 per person at 6:30pm, prior to the Trophy Presentation in the Hinxman Room at 7:30pm. The cost of one dinner is included in each vehicle’s entry price, additional dinners are to be ordered when entering online.
Please note the following important items:
(a) Sign-on will be conducted on the day at the Event Secretaries Office at the bottom of the Control Tower.
(b) Once signed on, competitors are to go to the Scrutineering Shed, which is located across from the Control Tower, with their helmets, log books, and vehicle registration papers if applicable.
(c) There will be no vehicle safety checks prior to competition commencing, however random audits on cars without a Motorsport Australia Log Book will be conducted throughout the day, as will Target Audits for vehicles with Log Books.
(d) Vehicle Registration Papers and/or Log Books are to be presented at Scrutineering. A Scrutineering Label is required prior to competing and will be issued once the scrutineering process has been completed. Helmet checks will be made at Scrutineering, apparel checks will be made at the time of audit, or at random checks when vehicles exit the circuit.
(e) If the Log Book or Vehicle Registration papers are NOT in the Drivers name, an Automobile Legal Owners Declaration must be completed by the legal owner and presented at scrutineering. Drivers of double entered vehicles who are sharing the vehicle with the legal owner, are exempt from this requirement.
(f) Please read the Supplementary Regulations and Drivers Briefing Notes. They contain all the requirements for the day.
(g) Australian National Super Sprint Championship competitors who are not registered to compete in the NSW State Super Sprint Championship will be issued with a three digit competition number, the first digit being “9”. Please provide your preferred “9XX” number if you do not have a State Championship number already allocated. We will do our best to issue your preferred number, but hurry, as this will be on a “first in” basis.
Replacement Vehicles – NSW State Championship Competitors Only: Do you need to enter a vehicle that is different to the one that you originally registered for the 2022 Motorsport Australia NSW Super Sprint Championship?
