Preferential Entries Open 26th July
Preferential Entries (ie Championship Registrants Only) will open on Monday 26th July 2021. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt with general entries opening on Monday 9th August 2021. All entries will close on Friday 10th September 2021.
Entry cost is $270 and $220 for NSWRRC members. An additional $20 “Early Bird” discount for all entries received by Wednesday 25th August.
Late Entry Closing Date is Friday 17th September 2021. A Late Entry Fee of $ 25.00 will apply for entries received after the Entry closing date, 10th September. Late entries will be placed at the back of their respective grid group.
On the Day
No in person sign-on will be conducted on the day. All competitors are to go directly to the Scrutineering Shed to collect their Scrutineering Label, bring their Helmet and Log Book or Proof of Vehicle Registration in their name. If the vehicle is not in your name, a completed and signed SSP 19 Automobile Legal Owners Declaration will also need to be presented prior to a Scrutineering Label being issued.
There will be no vehicle safety checks in the morning for Championship Registrants, however all competitors with a competition number between 900 and 999 will need to present their cars to scrutineering prior to competition for a visual safety check.
How to Enter
Entry will be via the online Motorsport Australia Event Entry system. You can access this system through the Motorsport Australia Member Portal on the Motorsport Australia homepage. You can login to this portal using your Motorsport Australia ID (licence number) and your Portal password.
Each Competitor (vehicle owner) and Driver must complete and submit online form SSP 09 Risk Warning, Disclaimer, Indemnity & Statement of Vehicle Compliance prior to the Closing date. This form incorporates the Self Scrutiny Vehicle Check that Competitors without Log Book are required to perform.
If the vehicle is not in your name, a completed and signed SSP 19 Automobile Legal Owners Declaration will also need to be presented prior to a Scrutineering Label being issued.
If you are under 18 years of age your parent or legal guardian must provide their consent for you to compete by completing and submitting the SSP 09PG Parent/Guardian Consent form online. Drivers must be at least 14 years of age.
